Shipping policy

1. Shipment processing times

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after the order is placed. Please note that during high-volume periods, processing time may take longer than usual.

2. Methods of shipping and delivery time

UK delivery:

  • Standart delivery: 2 to 4 business days, £6.00
  • Express delivery: next business day for orders placed before 11 am, £12.00 

You will receive an email confirmation as soon as the order is dispatched with a tracking number to follow the progress.

Please note that we cannot amend your order once it has been shipped.

We strive to deliver your orders as quickly as possible, but we are not responsible for any delays that may occur once the package is in transit. We don't ship internationally. 

4. Tracking orders

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your order using the tracking number on the carrier’s website.

5. Damaged or lost items

If you receive a damaged item or your order is lost in transit, please contact us. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, which may include providing a refund or replacement.
